These SMS Messaging Terms govern text messages sent by Capital City Tile & Remodeling, operated by Lucarelli LLC. By affirmatively opting in to our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive the messages described below at the mobile number you provide. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services.
1. Message Program and Content
Our messaging program consists of customer-service and conversational text messages concerning tile and remodeling inquiries, estimates, appointment scheduling and reminders, job coordination, project updates, billing questions, and follow-up support. These terms do not authorize promotional or marketing text messages.
2. Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and project needs. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to a message from us at any time to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation text after your request, and then stop non-exempt messages.
